Microsoft Cites ErgoEmacs!

By Xah Lee. Date:

I am lucky today. Microsoft introduce a new language yesterday, TypeScript, as open source project. (See: Microsoft's TypeScript Will Kill CoffeeScript and Dart!) Microsoft also actually provided extensions for {emacs, vim, Sublime Text}. See: [Sublime Text, Vi, Emacs: TypeScript enabled! By Olivier Bloch. At http://blogs.msdn.com/b/interoperability/archive/2012/10/01/sublime-text-vi-emacs-typescript-enabled.aspx , accessed on 2012-10-03 ]. Then, in the emacs file, it mentioned my tutorial on installing emacs packages!

Thank you Microsoft.

Also much thanks to David Capello for mention and support and much work and support on ErgoEmacs. (See this drawing of ErgoEmacs mascot by David: ErgoEmacs Logo and Mascot.)
